We are looking to secure the services of the following tradesmen plumbers, heating engineers, drainage engineers, locksmiths, electricians, boarders and glaziers on
a sub contract basis, where we receive over 500,000 calls annually.Why work for emergency home repair? Genuine continuity of work ,Fully confirmed job appointments,

There are three areas of
consideration prior to being added to our Sub-contractors/Trademen list, first being
requirements, then expectations, and then
procedures.
Requirements:
- If you have employees you must provide proof of workers compensation
insurance. If you have no employees you must sign a statement to that
affect.
- You must provide proof of liability insurance.
- If the type of services you provide require a contractor's license
you must provide a copy.
Expectations:
- Provide in a professional manner only those services you are
qualified to perform.
- Charge in accordance to our customary charges based on our past
experiences.
- Provide services in a timely manner.
- Treat all Customers/tenants, homeowners and company representatives
respectfully.
- Communicate status of services provided.
- Provide professional and detailed invoices.
Considerations:
- Services provided are frequently inspected for thoroughness.
- Customers/Tenants are frequently surveyed for their satisfaction with your
services.
- Services may be
suspended or terminated if there is a published complaint against your
company.
- Contractor records are periodically reviewed with the EHR
Contractor's Board. Services may be suspended or terminated if any
deficiencies or complaints are noted.
- All Sub-Contractors/Engineers are personally interviewed by the Broker (EHR)of the company.
